Deposit Policy

Amanpuri requires a deposit of 50% of the booking total, which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remaining balance is due on check-out. For all other stays (except those between 21 December 2023 to 10 January 2024), credit card details are required as a reservation guarantee at the time of booking, and full prepayment is due 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during low season (15 April to 31 October 2023 and 11 January to 31 March 2024) and high season (1 November to 20 December 2023), cancellations are free up to 15 days before arrival; those made between 14 days and 24 hours before arrival will be charged for two nights, and those made later will be charged in full. For stays during the festive season (21 December 2023 to 10 January 2024), cancellations are free until 1 June 2023. Cancellations made between 1 June and 31 July 2023 will be charged for one night, and those made after 1 August 2023 will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
