Deposit Policy

For stays during peak season (29 April to 14 July 2023, 1 September to 31 October 2023, 9 to 16 February 2024, 28 March to 4 April 2024, 29 April to 14 July 2024 and 1 September to 31 October 2024), a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival. For stays during festive season (15 July to 31 August 2023, 22 December 2023 to 5 January 2024, 15 July to 31 August 2024 and 22 December 2024 to 5 January 2025), a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival. For all other stays, a valid credit card is needed to secure the booking and full prepayment is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (29 April to 14 July 2023, 1 September to 31 October 2023, 9 to 16 February 2024, 28 March to 4 April 2024, 29 April to 14 July 2024 and 1 September to 31 October 2024), cancellations are free up to 21 days before arrival; those made later, no-shows and early departures will all be charged for two nights (plus tax). For stays during festive season (15 July to 31 August 2023, 22 December 2023 to 5 January 2024, 15 July to 31 August 2024 and 22 December 2024 to 5 January 2025), cancellations are free up to 45 days before arrival; those made later, no-shows and early departures will be charged in full. For all other stays, cancellations are free up to 14 days before arrival; those made later, no-shows and early departures will be charged for two nights (plus tax).

A retreat set within a discreet enclosure complete with a private entrance. It is comprised of a classically styled rotunda and surrounding terrace, two separately walled bedrooms (each with stone steps descending to the suite’s private swimming pool), two lounging bales or pavilions, an indoor shower and an open-air bathtub with a shower at the rear of the suite. The 15m-long infinity pool, finished in a green Javanese stone known as hijau danau, is set into the rice fields. The Dalem Jiwo personal butler, always on call, has separate quarters within the enclosure.
