For off-peak stays cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during peak season (11 to 19 December 2025, 11 January to 30 April 2026, 11 to 19 December 2026 and 11 to 31 March 2027), you can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival; those made later will be charged in full. For stays during the festive season (21 to 30 December 2025, 1 to 10 January 2026, 20 to 31 December 2026 and 1 to 10 January 2027), cancellations made within 75 days of arrival will be charged in full. At all times no-shows and early departures will be charged in full.
