Cancellation Policy

For stays during peak season (1 to 6 November 2023, 20 December 2023 to 8 January 2024, 25 March to 12 April 2024 and 19 to 31 October 2024), cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during high and shoulder season (7 November to 19 December 2023, 9 January to 31 March 2024, 13 April to 15 May 2024 and 1 to 18 October 2024), cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full. For stays during low season (16 May to 30 September 2024), cancellations made within seven days of arrival will be charged in full. At all times, no-shows will be charged in full.
