Cancellation Policy

You can cancel for free until the balance of your booking is due, which varies depending on the season. Failure to pay the balance on the due date will be treated as a cancellation. In peak season (15 March to 15 April 2026, 23 December 2026 to 4 January 2027, 20 to 29 March 2027, and 30 July to 4 August 2027 for the solar eclipse), cancellations made fewer than 120 days before arrival will be charged in full. In high season (4 January to 14 March 2026, 16–30 April 2026, 1 October to 30 November 2026, 1 February to 19 March 2027, 30 March to 15 April 2027), cancellations made fewer than 90 days before arrival will be charged in full. In mid (1–31 May 2026, 1 September 2026 to 31 January 2027, except for exclusions above) and low season (1 June to 31 August 2026), cancellations made fewer than 60 days before arrival will be charged in full.
