This cosy (10sq m) room is best suited to solo travellers or couples happy to cuddle under the canopy. The room has an outdoor terrace with stunning sea views and a private bathroom across a small public corridor; there’s also WiFi, air-conditioning and free bottled water. Please note: to reach this room, guests must walk up a steep staircase.

This family-friendly villa has a public living room, spacious veranda and three Princesa bedrooms (Fakir, Nascente, Sanyasi) – there is also one Rainha suite in this villa. This spacious villa has a dining room, wraparound veranda and three grand Rainha rooms – Annalia, Minestrel and Barcos. Annalia (20sq m) has an exposed brick barrel-vaulted ceiling, double bed, rustic wooden furnishings and glamorous mirrors. French doors fold away to reveal bay views and give direct access to the veranda. Art-filled, 17sq m Minestrel has high ceilings and a raised alcove with space for an extra bed (for children under 15); it has a double bed and direct access to the veranda with views of the gardens and bay beyond. Airy Barcos (21sq m) has high ceilings, wooden floors and a collection of African tribal art; there’s also a super king-size bed and large French windows that open onto a private balcony with Arabian Sea views. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, WiFi, air-conditioning and bottled water.
