    For domestic flights, Waco Regional Airport is around a 15-minute drive away. For international arrivals, Dallas Fort Worth International and Austin International airports are both around an hour and half’s drive away.

    West of Waco, McGregor — on the Los Angeles to Chicago line — is the nearest Amtrak station. It tends to have one service daily and is a 25-minute drive from the city.

  • Automobiles

    Trucks and Texas go together like burgers and fries, making Waco a wheels-friendly destination with ample parking and no questionably tiny parking spots in sight.
