  Marrakech Menara Airport and Casablanca International Airport are both two-and-a-half hours away by car.

• Automobiles

  A car isn’t hugely necessary if you plan to stay put in Oualidia, especially as transfers and drivers are easily arranged. Marrakech, Casablanca and Essaouira are between two and three hours’ drive away.
