When to go

Roatán is coolest from November to April, when the temperature usually bobs around the mid-20s. Things get hotter from May to October, when there’s usually more rain.

  You can fly directly to Roatán Juan Manuel Galvez Airport from Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, Houston and Newark. Most services only run a few times a week, so you’ll need to make sure your plans fit your flight options.

• Automobiles
