Luxury holidays in Andros
In ancient times Andros, the most northerly of Greece’s Cycladic islands, was known as Hydroussa (meaning ‘watery’) because for such a diminutive destination, it’s criss-crossed by four rivers, and has an abundance of springs and waterfalls.
When to go
Andros is especially lovely in the springtime, when flowers bloom everywhere and you can pluck berries straight from the branch to snack on.
