When to go

Crowds of tourists dissipate from October to December. There are balmy temperatures all-year round, but tropical storms shower down from June to November, when hurricanes have been known to strike.

Getting there

• Planes

  There are no non-stop flights from the US or UK. Melville Hall Airport services connecting flights on LIAT and Seaborne Airlines, and the airport is a one-hour drive from the resort.

• Automobiles

  Hire a car in order to fully explore the island. Roads are paved and smooth, but not brightly lit at night. If you’d rather leave the driving to someone else, the resort has a car with driver available for day excursions.
