Luxury holidays in Antiparos
When to go
Like most Grecian isles, Antiparos shuts down in the winter season (roughly October to April); summer is a dream (albeit a toasty one), but dates on the cusp will give you the island to yourself a little more.
Getting there
-
Planes
There’s no airport here, so fly to neighbouring Paros via Athens. From there the Pounta port is a 10-minute drive away. Hop on the ferry for a small fee, and once you reach Antiparos port it’s around a 15-minute journey across the sparkling water. -
Boats
The ferry runs a frequent schedule between Paros and Antiparos from around 7.15am to 8.15pm (later on weekends). -
Automobiles
This is a drop-and-flop kinda place and hotels can arrange excursions, so you’re unlikely to use a car much. If you want a bit more independence, you can hire wheels at Paros Airport or Antiparos port.
