- Booking process A deposit of 30 per cent of the full payment must be paid at the time of booking and a security deposit of £1,000 is also payable at the time of booking. This will be refunded in full 14 days after your departure if no deductions are required. A Smith deposit will be taken.
- Also Ask in advance, and the owners will arrange for a masseur, personal trainer, or a yoga/Tai Chi guru to call in on you during your stay.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: The spacious master bedroom opens out onto the pool and terrace.
Bedroom 2: This double also has a traditional barrel-vaulted ceiling, and French doors opening out to the garden.
Bedroom 3: This twin or double makes the most of your trullo location boasting a coned ceiling.

Kitchen
It’s small open plan, with a huge range cooker especially suited to cooking for a big group. The central island unit has a five-ringed gas hob which means you can chat to fellow guests as you cook. There’s also a stainless steel electric oven and separate microwave, a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen a stock of essentials such as olive oil and other basics, as well as a wide array of top-notch saucepans and crockery. There’s an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. -
Living room
All pristine creams, it looks elegant but feels comfortable. An original Puglian fireplace is the showpiece of the sitting room space, which opens into the kitchen. There’s also a cushion-covered sofa that can be used as a single bed. -
Dining room
There isn’t a huge indoor dining room, just a kitchen, but in sun-kissed Puglia you’ll probably want to dine alfresco at the table for eight under the poolside porch next to the outdoor kitchen. If you do eat inside, there’s a large polished concrete kitchen table and benches. -
Poolside
Next to the 6x12m (unheated) pool are two loungers and loads of cushions which make lazing around outside irresistible. A large shaded outdoor sitting room has built-in seating with loads of cushions and even includes a big swing. -
Gardens
2.5 acres of olive groves surround the property in most directions, with a herb garden on the kitchen’s doorstep. -
Private parking
There’s more than enough space for three or four cars.
