There's a couch for a third person.
The open-plan kitchen is decorated in flamboyant red, with a wooden floor, statement lights and wall hangings. There’s an economic use of space too – a contemporary kitchen island crafted from Corian and Portoro marble helps divide the eating area from the living room.

The white couch and ottoman are by Poltrona Frau, the gold armchair is Moroso and the wooden beams are decorated with 17th-century frescoes.
Stake out the six black wood-and-leather Maarten Baas-designed chairs and dine at the living room’s baroque glass table.
