Louvre Loft
Style Rock-star loft space
Setting Foodie, fashiony 2ème
Louvre Loft is a former printing workshop transformed by its creative, energetic owner into a light-filled loft space that'll make you feel like a visiting VIP, thanks to the vast square footage, and sexy features such as a giant bath, galleried mezzanine and private terrace. It is hidden behind an anonymous entrance in rapidly gentrifiying Montorgueil in the 2ème, a quarter with hip foodie and fashion credentials, and an untouristy, local appeal. Behind Louvre Loft's 'secret' entrance, you'll discover not only an impressive open-plan living/dining/cooking space with two lounges and a fully equipped office, but also luxy, private bedrooms and bathrooms, on three levels. The decor gives the apartment real personality, with lots of bold colour and interesting pieces, and all the textiles and equipment are definitely from the top drawer. Extras such as the private concierge, the high-spec audiovisual and the double-height proportions make this one of Smith & Friends' stand-out properties.
