Can Alaya

Ibiza, Spain

Best picnic spot

We suggest you invite a private chef to help you host a dinner party – you'll definitely have leftovers for a picnic. We love Guido: email guidokosowski@hotmail.com, or phone +34 659 815 787 or +34 646 814 708.

Best beaches

Cala Salada is a cove near San Antonio and is up there with some of the best seaside spots in the world. Having sung Guido's praises, you may only want to pick at lettuce at lunchtime so you can look your best in your swimwear at this beach beloved by beautiful people.

Best walks

Take a stroll around Santa Agnes, especially in spring when the blossom is out.

Shopping

Can Alaya is close to large supermarkets such as Hyper and Eroski, as well as the fresh fruit and veg stalls in San Antonio.

Activities

Attention night owls: Can Alaya is not far from some of Ibiza’s best known nightspots – Amnesia, Privelige and Underground are some of the world-famous clubs but a short drive from the villa.

Smith Tip

Make sure you crank up ‘Staying Alive’ on your iPod at Can Alaya as a tribute to the villa’s former owners, Barry, Robin and Maurice. Yup, this is where the Gibb Brothers penned that BeeGees disco classic.
