  The master bedroom has a double four-poster with an exceptionally special ensuite bathroom: the pond-size stone bath has pebbles for taps and the shower comes care of a grand chandelier. Secluded and away from the main entertaining areas, the romance is ramped up with an open fireplace as well as alfresco showers, and even a kitchenette. Honeymooners may find they never need to mingle with other guests, if they've brought an entourage.
  
  Bedroom 2: This twin has an ensuite shower and direct access to master bedroom if necessary. It also opens onto a private sea-view patio.
  
  Bedroom 3: This king-size suite has a traditional fireplace and opens to a sea-view terrace perfect for sunbathing and showering outdoors in private. The stone bath separated by a glass wall from the bedroom is worth writing home about.
  
  Bedroom 4: The exposed natural rock wall makes this double four-poster boudoir unique; there's also a desk and a sitting area and an ensuite wet room.
  
  Bedroom 5: As with all the bedrooms, this one opens onto gardens, but the USP of this one is its double sunken bed. It has its own wet room and a desk and seating area.

• Kitchen The traditional finca-style kitchen is fit for a photoshoot with its rustic open fireplace, quirky antiques and fleamarket finds. Enjoy your morning coffee on the café-style sun terrace then plunder the herb and vegetable garden before making lunch.
• Living room The sunken sitting room is as appealing in winter as it is for cooling off on summer evenings. There are lots of cosy cushioned corners scattered throughout the villa, inside and out.
• Dining room There’s a table with chairs in the kitchen and a dining table part of the sprawling open-plan living space. This also opens out onto a covered dining area overlooking the pool and those glorious sea views.
• Poolside The 16m swimming pool is flanked by stylish teak decking. There is also a pool house with wraparound bar and outdoor kitchen.
• Private parking There is room for a couple of cars.
