Getting there
- Planes From London, Aegean Airlines (www.aegeanair.com) and Olympic Air (www.olympicair.com) will get you to Santorini via Athens. EasyJet (www.easyjet.com) has direct flights at certain times of the year from London Gatwick. Driving from Santorini’s airport should take less than half an hour. A taxi to Oia will cost around €25.

- Automobiles Head north from the airport. You’ll need to use Thiras-Mesarias and then Thiras-Oias to reach Caldera Caves.
