An excellent hotel ideally situated in Covent Garden and theatreland. We were upgraded from a Luxury Room to a Junior Suite and a good quality bottle of champagne was on ice in the room when we arrived. Extremely comfortable and stunning decor. The Service was first-class and we particularly liked the upstairs Guest Drawing Room Library and the huge and well-stocked honesty bar. We would stay again.

The Covent Garden has to be one of the best bases from which to hit London's shops and theatres. Numerous touches throughout the hotel show a thorough understanding of what it takes to make visitors welcome and comfortable in a relaxed and beautifully designed environment. We rated the food highly and the barman mixed a mean cocktail. We'll be back.

Still love it here. The concierges Ali, Tommy and the team will sort out anything you need: Restaurants, shows, Prestige car hire, shopping etc. No problem.

Home from home this is the best hotel in London, even if the prices are high. Big bugbear is the extra charge for internet access, why do they do it? Short walks to Roka or HakkaSan for upscale dinner or Jamie's Italian towards Leicester Square is great value and they give you a pager to tell you your table is ready that works in the pub up the road.

After over-indulging in the cocktails and bar snacks at the hotel, the following morning we were on the hunt for a quality fry-up. The Breakfast Club on D'Arblay Street is perfectly placed to help cure a delicate head and tummy with a full range of healthy and unhealthy options. Highly recommended to fortify yourself before hitting Agent Provocateur, Selfridges and/or the delights of Bond Street.

Really enjoyed a pre-matinee lunch of fresh and flavoursome Malaysian food at Jom Makan (5-7 Pall Mall East, just off Trafalgar Square). Very reasonably priced authentic food. Chicken Satay exceptional!

Loved the Covent Garden Hotel! Superb staff; nothing was too much trouble – they recommended us to Orso restaurant in Covent Garden, and the food, service and location were excellent. We will definitely return.
