Getting there
- Planes The closest airport is Lisbon International (www.ana.pt), a 20-minute drive from the hotel. A hotel transfer will cost €20 for up to three people; a taxi will set you back between €10 and €15.
- Trains Cais do Sodré the nearest train station, but Sintra (0.5km away) is also close by, as are hubs for the Oporto Train Line (3km) and the Southern Train Line (5km); the latter runs intercity trains to Beja, Evora and Algarve.
- Automobiles Don’t come with a car – driving around Lisbon will undo any of the stress-busting good that your holiday has done.
