A truly fabulous setting amongst the lush vegetation of Mountain Pine Ridge is an unusual setting for a perfect pizza but it is an opportunity not to be missed! Out on the terrace with a Jesus lizard for company is a great place to sample the varied menu and mostly Coppola vineyard sourced wines. Don't ask for a frozen Daquiri though, apparently Mr Coppola doesnt like frozen drinks so they are not available!
The following day a hike to the beautiful big rock waterfall for a cooling swim in the rockpool was memorable and the iced mint flannel and acold beliken beer on our return was just what we needed.
