A fresh, orchid-filled space of stylish minimalism, Sa Prunera is the smallest property in our Ibiza collection, making it ideal for privacy-seeking couples or friends looking for the ultimate independent escape. This bright white finca on the pine-sprinkled hillside offers a sophisticated, yet electric atmosphere; ancient Ibizencan antiques blend with polished concrete floors, a sun-kissed pool and glamorous outdoor chill-out areas.

Minimum hireOne-week minimum hire (Saturday to Saturday). Rental is from 3pm until 10am on the day of departure.
Booking processSmith deposit taken when you book. A 50 per cent deposit is required on booking, with full payment at least six weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit is also required. Cancellation fees apply.

Eating and drinkingThere is a super-stylish outdoor dining area and barbecue, plus a dining table in the kitchen – and another in the living room. If you arrange it before you arrive, Deliciously Sorted will go shopping for you and pre-fill the fridge with all your favourite things. It is not possible to have a chef here though.
HousekeepingDaily housekeeping is included (apart from on Sundays); this villas does not have maid service as such though.
EntertainmentProfessional DJ system and iPod docking station in the living room that operates around the house. There is also a stereo in the master bedroom. Deliciously Sorted, Ibiza’s premier luxury concierge service, is included in the price of the villa. Available 24 hours a day to sort out dinner reservations, a boat, a VIP table in club or even a lift to the beach, it is just a phone call or an email away.
