Guestbook

‘It was everything we’d hoped for – solitude in a beautiful setting, superb service, excellent accommodation, great food [especially the healthy breakfast hamper] and plenty of activities. Just one word to describe the bungalow: perfect!’
‘The rainforest was stunning and everything we expected. We appreciated the special touches, such as the hot tub, music in all the rooms, fantastic deck, excellent climate control and the good coffee. We certainly got the chance to relax and unwind in privacy and for the first time on holiday, I read a magazine and started a novel! I wish we could have stayed for longer. We will be coming back.’

Smith tip

Take full advantage of your surroundings and explore the rainforest wildlife. Listen out for the scratching claws of the cute, spiny echidnas (mini-me anteaters with snouts Cyrano would approve of) who forage at dawn and dusk for ants.

Style
Creek-view cabins
Setting
Secluded sub-tropical north NSW

Self-catering goes luxe with these architecturally bespoke wood, glass and steel bungalows which nestle under the splendid rainforest canopy hard by the bubbling Crystal Creek. The air of seclusion is startling and the only noisy neighbour you will encounter is the striking Red-eyed Tree Frog; a neon-green chatterbox which has practically become a rainforest mascot.
