This property is very family friendly – there are plenty of toys and games and a trampoline and a tepee in the gardens.

Any, although the pool isn’t gated, so parents need to be alert.
Activities
Splash! (+39 0833 273 400; www.splashparco.it) near Gallipoli at Lit S Maria al Bagno is a water park with rides, slides, pools and flumes, along with other amusements and a play area for kids. The park is open from mid June until mid September; prices vary from €13–€18 depending on when you visit (€8–€12, for children and over 65s). Take your children to Bowling, located just 200 metres outside Ceglie Messapica on the Martina Franca road, in front of the petrol station. It’s a small place, with a really friendly owner; knocking the pins down is infectious fun.
Swimming pool
The pool has a shallow end and there is a Jacuzzi in the corner.
Babysitting
Babysitting can be arranged with a local (but don’t expect a babysitter fluent in English).
