Russell Loughlan is an interior designer, colour consultant and the founder of The House on Dolphin Street, a design studio based in Deal on the Kent coast and Hackney in east London. He studied fashion and textiles at Central Saint Martins, and has spent years living in and renovating period properties, giving him a deep understanding of how to preserve their character while ensuring the result is vibrant, individual and genuinely livable.
