After studying law at the University of Liverpool, Charlotte Forsyth-Wastell worked in marketing for 10 years, at companies such as Harvey Nichols and the British Council. She then co-founded Hands, a culinary studio that has worked with fashion brands including Ferragamo and Nanushka. She's also a photographer who specialises in travel, food and design. Charlotte lives in London with her husband.
