Cancellation Policy

For stays during 21 Dec-4 Jan: Cancellations between 89 and 75 days prior to arrival date: penalty of 50% of the total stay. Cancellations made between 74 and 45 days prior to arrival date: penalty of 75% of the total stay. Cancellations made between 44 and 0 days prior to arrival date: penalty of 100% of the total stay. For stays during the rest of the year: Cancellations made within 60-45 days of arrival will be charged 30 per cent of the reservation; this rises to 50 per cent for cancellations made between 44-30 days and 75 per cent for charges made 29-10 days before arrival. Cancellations made within nine days of arrival will be charged in full. Peak Season: Cancellations will be charged in full.
