The light-filled, Scandi-style restaurant has a clean, fresh look, with vast floor-to-ceiling windows, sleek polished-wood tables and white hanging lamps. Expect healthy Mediterranean-Asian fusion food: we love the tasty tuna tataki, the hearty wagyu burgers and the creamy burrata salad; come morning, make sure to opt for one of the fruit-laden detox juices.
There are three bars at the hotel. Centered in the middle of the airy hotel lobby, the Lobby Bar is framed by comfy stools and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and offers a smorgasbord of tasty cocktails: our top picks are the tropical passionfruit mojito – sweet and zingy – or a classic Spanish G&T, muddled with rosemary and juniper berries. There’s also an array of dishes on offer, from club sandwiches and refreshing gazpacho to quinoa salad and Black Angus sirloin. The poolside Oyster Bar serves up lime-infused ceviche, fresh oysters, veggie bites and burgers, alongside a selection of champagne, liqueurs, smoothies and juices. Get in the party spirit with a Fruit Explosion, a vibrant blend of vodka, watermelon liqueur, lime juice, watermelon purée and cranberry juice. Breakfast runs from 8am till noon, lunch is available from noon till 6pm, and dinner is served from 6pm till 11pm. The Lobby Bar serves round-the-clock, and the Sky Bar opens between May and September (depending on the weather), and serves until 1am.
The full restaurant menu is served 24 hours a day, and is available everywhere in the hotel.
