For stays during low season (6 January–14 July and 1 September–19 December), cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged for one night of the booking. Cancellations made within three days of arrival, no-shows, early departures and late arrivals will be charged the total cost of the booking. For stays during high season (15 July–31 August and 20 December–5 January): cancellations made within 28 days of arrival will be charged for one night of the booking. Cancellations made within seven days of arrival, no-shows, early departures and late arrivals will be charged the total cost of the booking. For stays during peak season (20 December–5 January), a 50 per cent deposit is required when booking, the balance can be paid on arrival.
