Luxury holidays in La Paz

Bolivia’s sky-high La Paz is a multicoloured metropolis encircled by snow-capped peaks, and it might just take your breath away (and not just because it’s the world’s highest capital city). Though there’s a growing scene of hipster hangouts and fine dining, the heart of the city still beats through its packed plazas and pavements, and local food markets. And, their public transport system takes things to even greater heights – a cable-car network shows off stellar views of its urban expanse, as well as the Andes’ Altiplano.
