- Sleeps Six to eight: six adults in two doubles and a twin all ensuite plus two children in the downstairs twin/TV snug with adjacent shower room.
- Property style Traditional Cornish cottage, beautifully restored and furnished with attractive art, antiques and textiles.
- Grounds Treverra is set in 14 acres of farmland, with landscaped gardens, tennis court and its own outdoor infinity pool with Jacuzzi and pool house. There’s a wetroom for wetsuit and board storage. The nearby farmhouse is sometimes occupied by the owner.
- Minimum hire Usually let by the week, Thursday to Thursday, but weekend breaks are negotiable in low season.

- Children It's great for families – the sort of place you'd like to take your kids every year so they grow up nostalgic for Cornwal.
- Booking process Just email or call and they'll send you a booking form. Smith deposit taken when you book. 25 per cent deposit, balance payable eight weeks before stay, £250 damage deposit. Property style Traditional Cornish cottage, beautifully restored and furnished with attractive art, antiques and textiles.
- Also No pets, no smoking. The outdoor pool is closed from the beginning of November until March. The main house next door is available for hire in select weeks from July, and comes with a gym, sauna, steam room and – in July and August – a private chef.
