• Grounds The beautiful sprawling gardens, planted with lavender, roses and wild flowers, are spread across 14 acres, with breathtaking views of the rolling fields and lake.
• Minimum hire Two nights minimum stay.

• Children The manor is intended as an adults-only affair, but there’s room for up to two little ones to bed down in the neighbouring barn.
• Booking process A Smith deposit is required. A normal deposit is 25 per cent for short stays, but may be more for longer stays or during the festive season. Cancellations must be made in writing. 10 per cent of the full payment will be taken if the cancellation is made within three weeks of the arrival date, 25 per cent if cancelled within two weeks, and 30 per cent if cancelled within a week of the arrival date
• Also No smoking or pets. The manor house and barn can be rented independently or as a whole, and can also be hired for corporate events that mix business and pleasure.
