- Ideal for Familes, friends or couples in the Cottage, and couples seeking solace in the Attic Suite.
- Rates information Cottage: £215–£240 a night; £590–£690 for three nights; £675–£790 for four nights; £1,250–£1,460 for seven nights. The Farm House bedroom sleeps two, and starts from £105 a night; the Attic Suite is £170–£190 a night.

- Sleeps The Cottage sleeps 4 the Farm House room sleeps 2, The Barn Room sleeps 2 ; the Attic Suite sleeps an additional 2 (and has space for 2 additional single beds).
- Property style Converted stables Cottage (plus a rustic Attic Suite above the farmhouse).
- Grounds Sitting alongside a 16th-century farmhouse, the cottage and the attic suite enjoy 10 acres of farmland.
- Minimum hire Minimum hire is one night, but the owners are flexible: you can hire the barn for the day, subject to availability.
- Minimum hire (short) One night.
- Children A travel cot is provided, plus stair guards and low window opening restrictions. Babysitting and childminding can be arranged with a local service that the family use. Note: there is a deep duck pond in the grounds.
- Booking process Pay a non-refundable 50 per cent deposit on booking, with the balance due no less than three weeks before arrival. Smith deposit taken when you book.
- Also There is a Nintendo Wii in the Cottage, and also a games room in the grounds.
