- Property style Traditional villa with separate Moroccan-style cottage.
- Grounds Set in an acre of extensive gardens and orchards, close to San Augusti.
- Minimum hire One-week minimum hire (Saturday to Saturday). Rental is from 4pm on Saturday to 10am on the following Saturday. The villa is available to rent all year.
- Minimum hire (short) A week.
- Children There is a children’s play area, paddling pool and swing, plus a large TV room with videos, games and a pool table. All terrace doors have lockable grilles for child safety. A high chair and two cots are available. Babysitters can be arranged. There's a new lawn for the kids complete with goal, climbing frame and refurbished 'pirate ship'.
- Booking process A 50 per cent deposit is required on booking, with the final payment to be made eight weeks prior to departure. A £1,000 security deposit is to be paid with final payment. This will be returned 10 days after the trip. Smith deposit taken when you book.
