- Rates information £1,500–£3,000 for two nights; £2,000–£3,500 for three nights; £2,750–£5,000 for one week. (£4,000 for four-night stays during high season).

- Grounds There’s an enclosed garden at the rear of the house and a small paved garden at the front
- Minimum hire Two-night bookings start on Friday. During high season (July, August and holidays) three-night bookings start on Friday. Four-night bookings start on Monday. Weekly bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
- Minimum hire (short) Weekends.
- Children Very welcome. Two travel cots and high chairs are provided, as are children’s cutlery and crockery. There are child gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. The enclosed rear garden is a safe play area and nearby beaches have lifeguards.
- Booking process A deposit of 30 per cent is payable when booking, with the balance payable two months before arrival. Refunds for cancellations are subject to a £100 administrative charge and the re-letting of the property. Smith deposit taken when you book.
- Also Smoking and pets are not allowed.
