A stately country manor set in lush landscaped tropical grounds not far from the beautiful beaches of Bryon Bay, Victoria's at Ewingsdale is high on romance. Throw in nine dreamily delicate white rooms with a pale, pretty mix of European-style antique furniture (for a Tuscan meets French Provençal feel) and luxe marble bathrooms, plus a gorgeous pool, and you can see why this makes a classically elegant yet relaxing wedding spot.

The hotel is used to handling wedding bookings, and can accommodate a maximum of 50-60 guests, depending on the style of function, with up to 18 guests staying overnight. You'll need to book all nine rooms at the hotel for two consecutive nights, with the same guests in each room, to hold a wedding here. Venue hire costs AU$2,000, with a bond (deposit) for the full amount. Out of respect for the neighbours, dance music is limited to just two hours (non-amplified), which must be over by 10pm. There's a 10.30pm curfew at Ewingsdale, with only house guests allowed to stay on past this time. The pool is off-limits for swimming during functions. Outside guests must arrive and depart by minibus or taxi, rather than parking their own cars at the hotel.
