Getting there
- Planes Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport, south of capital Denpasar, served by carriers including Garuda, Singapore Airlines, Jetstar, Air Asia and JAL. If you need one, visas can be bought on arrival, so have cash with you if necessary. The drive to the hotel should take 50 minutes. Ask the hotel to arrange airport transfers for US$40 (plus tax) a car each way.
- Automobiles There’s valet parking, but a car isn’t essential as Ubud is within walking distance.
