Little Smiths are welcome. Cots are free; extra beds are £75 a night; babysitting can be arranged (£8 an hour, give 24 hours’ notice).
Best for
Older ones who will appreciate the hotel’s spa, pool and restaurants, along with the central London location.
Recommended rooms
Ask for a suite, a junior suite, or an interconnecting room – all have plenty of space for extra beds or cots.
Activities
Rooms come equipped with Xbox and Wii consoles, with games for children.
Swimming pool
The pool is deep, so keep an eye on less confident swimmers.
Meals
The kitchen staff will happily cook up smaller portions for little ones.
Babysitting
Babysitting can be arranged for a minimum of four hours (£8 an hour, plus any transport costs). Give 24 hours’ notice.
