What I liked
The hotel looked amazing and perfect was perfect for a romantic getaway. We really enjoyed exploring the local area and the shops and cafés on Rue de Cherche-Midi are great, as is the local area. The hotel staff were very friendly and were happy to help us with any requests and reservations, etc.
What could be better
Only a small gripe but the complimentary bottle of water was not replenished each day during our five-night stay.
Local recommendations
We had lovely meals in Les Garçons (right opposite the hotel), Cafe Constant (a short taxi ride), Germain (a 10-minute walk) and Frenchies (a short taxi ride). There was also a great pizzeria on the same street (forget the name) which was great for lunch and bustling, full of locals.

What I liked
Everything. From the moment we arrived we were totally looked after. The staff were so professional and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were immaculate, the food was fabulous and the location was perfect. 10/10. I would make this my Paris home next time. Special thanks to Samantha, Jean Baptiste, Julie and Susan. You are all amazing. We were very sad to leave.
What could be better
How do you beat elegant perfection?

Once again I had a fantastic stay at La Belle Juliette, in one of the Romantic rooms. One restaurant I visited on this occasion, which is highly recommended, is the classic bistro Le Troquet (http://letroquet.ca) on rue François Bonvin. You must then head to La Coupole (www.lacoupole-paris.com) for a tipple.

I had a wonderful stay as always at La Belle Juliette. The nearby Musée du Luxembourg (www.museeduluxembourg.fr) is a must visit with regular exhibitions of world-class artists. For dinner, you must go to the charming Les Papilles (www.lespapillesparis.fr) across the park on Rue Gay-Lussac, and be sure to book in advance.
