Cancellation policy Any cancellations made more than 14 days of arrival will be refunded the original deposit, minus a $100 processing fee. The full cost of the stay will be charged for later cancellations. Any changes to the booking made more than 14 days of arrival are subject to a $50 fee. Changes are not possible less than 14 days before arrival. Early departures will be charged in full.
Deposit policy A Smith deposit is required upon booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking outside the hotel's cancellation policy, your Smith deposit will be refunded in the form of Smith Vouchers to use against a future Smith booking. We will not be able to refund your Smith deposit if you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy. Milliken Creek Inn & Spa requires a further deposit of 1 night's stay which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remainder will be paid prior to arrival. First night deposit, including tax, is required upon booking. Remaining balance of the stay will be taken 14 days prior to arrival on the card used to book and is non-refundable once charged. If the booking is made within 14 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken on booking and will be non-refundable.
