Cancellation policy Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100 per cent cancellation fee. No shows and under-stays are subject to 100 per cent cancellation fee. During festive periods, cancellations within 60 days of arrival will be charged 50 per cent of cancellation fee, whilst cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged 100 per cent of cancellation fee.
