Deposit policy A Smith deposit is required upon booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking outside the hotel's cancellation policy, your Smith deposit will be refunded in the form of Smith Vouchers to use against a future Smith booking. We will not be able to refund your Smith deposit if you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy. The Pavilions, Phuket requires a further deposit of 100% of the booking total which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remainder will be paid on check-out.
