Cancellation policy For accommodation cancelled within:
21 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date (high season)
14 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date (mid season)
07 days or less prior to confirmed arrival date (low season)
No show, cancellation less than 24hrs prior to arrival, early departures = 100% of total accommodation charges or remaining accommodation balance.
Deposit policy A Smith deposit is required upon booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking outside the hotel's cancellation policy, your Smith deposit will be refunded in the form of Smith Vouchers to use against a future Smith booking. We will not be able to refund your Smith deposit if you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy. Grace Mykonos requires a further deposit of 50% of the booking total which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remainder will be paid on check-out.

- Check-out Midday, although changing facilities and storage are provided for late departures (and early arrivals).
- Children Cots/extra beds, high chairs and cartoon DVDs are available for under-12s, who stay free if they're sharing with parents and as long as the room type is big enough. Babysitting can be arranged with advance notice.
- Hotel closed Grace Mykonos reopens on 25 April 2012 and closes for winter on 15 October.
