Cancellation policy Clients are advised that bookings cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date will be charged at full room rate if the cancelled room remains unsold. Please note hotel's outdoor heated pool, which is open to residents only from June through to the end of September, children are also welcome to use the indoor heated pool in Calcot Spa at certain times (all year round): Every day : 3.45pm - 5.15pm Saturday & Sunday : 8.45am - 10.15am. These times are subject to change during the festive season.
In Family Rooms and Suites there is also a supplement of GBP30.00 per child per night which includes breakfast, High Tea and use of The Playzone. This will not be included in your total booking price and is payable on checkout.

A 14th-century farmhouse set three miles from Tetbury, amid the leafy rural roll of the Cotswolds, Calcot Manor offers the acme of family escapes, with child-geared facilities at every turn and a parent-pampering spa.
