Cancellation policy Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged the deposit of three nights' accommodation costs. Except for bookings for dates between December 21 to January 3, where cancellations less than 110 days prior to arrival will be charged 100 per cent of the deposit. Note: All cancellations must be received in writing and confirmed received by the hotel or its representative. Late arrivals and early departures will also be charged accordingly.
Deposit policy A Smith deposit is required upon booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking outside the hotel's cancellation policy, your Smith deposit will be refunded in the form of Smith Vouchers to use against a future Smith booking. We will not be able to refund your Smith deposit if you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy. Parrot Cay requires a further deposit of 3 night's stay which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remainder will be paid on check-out. A three-night deposit covering the first and last two nights of the stay is required upon booking to secure reservation. Except for bookings for dates between December 21 to January 3, where a 50 per cent deposit is required upon booking and the remaining 50% is due September 1st. Hotel will request for a credit card authorization form to be filled out if payment by credit card.
