Cancellation policy Any cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before arrival, otherwise 75 per cent of the stay cost will be charged. During school holidays, and for weekend stays between April and October, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the arrival date to avoid the penalty.
Deposit policy A Smith deposit is required upon booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking outside the hotel's cancellation policy, your Smith deposit will be refunded in the form of Smith Vouchers to use against a future Smith booking. We will not be able to refund your Smith deposit if you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy. The Elms requires a further deposit of 20% of the booking total which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remainder will be paid on check-out. The hotel deposit is non-refundable at any time.
