Cancellation policy For cancellations made more than 180 days before arrival, the villa will refund 25 per cent of the deposit. Cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival will forfeit 75 per cent of the stay's total cost. Later cancellations and early departures will be charged in full. Refunds and waivers of cancellation policies are at the discretion of the management.
Deposit policy A Smith deposit is required upon booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking outside the hotel's cancellation policy, your Smith deposit will be refunded in the form of Smith Vouchers to use against a future Smith booking. We will not be able to refund your Smith deposit if you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy. Villa Galletto requires a further deposit of 50% of the booking total which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remainder will be paid prior to arrival. A Credit Card number is required to secure all bookings and a deposit of 50 per cent will be charged to the Credit Card at the time of the booking. The remaining balance is due eight weeks before arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of € 500.00 is required upon arrival.
