Cancellation policy The hotel deposit is fully refundable in the event of cancellation, providing they are given at least 5 days notice. For cancellations made within 5 days of arrival guests will be responsible for payment in full unless the room is re-let. For bookings of 2 rooms or more, and/or 3 nights or more, and/or special events and public holidays, the hotel requires a minimum of 14 days notice of cancellation or amendment of any reservation otherwise guests will be responsible for payment in full unless the rooms are re-let. Christmas & New Year packages require a minimum of 28 days notice of cancellation.
Deposit policy A Smith deposit is required upon booking. Should you wish to cancel your booking outside the hotel's cancellation policy, your Smith deposit will be refunded in the form of Smith Vouchers to use against a future Smith booking. We will not be able to refund your Smith deposit if you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy. The Grove Narberth requires a further deposit of 50% of the booking total which will be charged to you directly by the hotel. The remainder will be paid on check-out.
