Cancellation policy During high season (29 April to 1 May, 28 October to 2 November and 3–10 December), cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night charge. From 17–24 April and on 31 December, cancellations must be received at least seven days before arrival or the full cost of the stay will be payable. At all other times, there’s a one-night charge for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival date.
