Cancellation policy A cancellation fee of one (1) night’s room rate will be charged for each room cancelled within fourteen (14) days of arrival, with the exception for the period of 01 November 2011 to 29 February 2012 which will be charged for the FULL stay if booking was cancelled within 14 days of arrival. “No show” on the day of arrival or early check out will result in FULL accommodation room charge at the above contracted rate.
